If you have not yet been exposed to cross recruiting, and have been involved in a work at home MLM or network marketing business of some sort, then you will sure feel this exposure to another MLM deal just as surely as the sun comes up in the morning. You will probably be asked, at some point, to join your powerful upline sponsor, in yet another money making work at home scheme. I have to ask myself if this is the right, or the wrong approach when building an online business? If your business is growing, and if you are making some good money, then why in the world would you take a chance, and lose that, just for the simple fact that your greed overtook your logic?
I am not sure if you are familiar with the term MLM junkie. This is a person who gets so wrapped up in pitching deals, that he or she really does not care whether they jeopardize their current standing with their work at home business. They are so totally over ridden by the pitch for the next latest and greatest deal, that they soon forget the good business plan that they have going. Most assuredly, I can only think that either greed, or hopeless addiction to the next gig, is driving their entire focus.

Why would this person, who is making money from me, and my downline, try and pitch his latest and greatest money making scheme?
The very nature of MLM and network marketing is this approach to hop from one deal to the next. I have seen this many times, and over the last seven year period, every business that I have been involved in promoting, the same thing happens. This is old news to most of you who have been involved in some type of affiliate program. The grass always seems greener on the other side of the MLM fence. You take a person who is driven to cross recruit, will eventually fall prey to the corporate headquarters, and they will surely remove that person from the organization. I feel that this is poetic and well deserved justice. I have even been pitched on deals that were told would amplify my earnings. My upline has used this area of cross recruiting, and because of this, has been basically found out that they were not the legend of the networking business, that they perceived themselves to be within their own mind.
If you have stayed with this article long enough, you should be well aware that I do NOT condone cross recruiting of any kind. I am here to build my work at home TriVita business. I am here to write my work at home articles, and provide people with excellent information concerning working at home. I am NOT here to try to convince, coerce or sell anyone, on anything. I only offer benefits and solutions, and if you do not see the value here, then I say good luck in your current business. Working at Home VS a Conventional Job
This morning, I wanted to delve a little more deeply into the work at home genre, and try to provide my Google reader with more insights into the advantages of building a stable work at home business model, versus having a conventional 9 to 5 job. The point to this article will be to unlock some of the mystery surrounding work at home jobs, and to provide solutions to those who are trying to improve their quality of life, and move away from the once thought of stable job mentality. I have done both, and for a fact, I can tell you that working at home is much better, much more creative and easier on the overall health and well being of myself, than working a day, or night job, ever was.
Job
A job is a regular thing performed to create a value in society and personality of individual for meeting the needs of that individual. A person usually begins a job by becoming an employee, volunteering, or starting a business. The duration of a job may range from an hour, in the case of odd jobs, to a lifetime. If a person is trained for a certain type of job, they may have a profession. The series of jobs a person holds in their life is their career. A job is something that we are taught to pursue from the earliest age. We have to work in order to earn money. This money will then be converted into the essentials of life such as food, rent, cars, clothes and all the other essential things that we need in order to exist on this planet today. A job is necessary, and everyone needs to work in order to live. Its just the way that society works.
A job can also be a very rewarding reason to live. Frankly, without purpose in life, there would be no reason to rise in the morning to greet the day. Even though many grumble at the thought of getting up and going to work, as any retired person may tell you, that one thing can literally mean the difference between feeling fulfilled, and simply having no reason to exist is that job. I have personally known many who talked about nothing but retiring, and being able to enjoy life for a change, wake to find themselves unemployed, and what they believed to be, unneeded, and simply wither away into obscurity. They got very old, very quickly, simply because they had no purpose in life. Conversely, I have seen very depressed people, who had worked for many years in a go nowhere and do nothing job, retire and simply bet better with age. As you and I know very well, its all about how we think, that governs our very existence on this planet.

Now we enter into yet another job, called a work at home business.
